1. Services Eligible for Refund

  • Service Not Delivered: If we are unable to begin your project or deliver the agreed-upon service within the specified time, and no work has started.
  • Duplicate Payment: If you accidentally made a duplicate payment for the same service, we will refund the extra payment.
  • Cancelled Before Work Begins: If you cancel the service before any work has started, you may be eligible for a partial or full refund depending on the situation.

2. Services Not Eligible for Refund

Refunds will not be issued in the following cases:

  • Work has already started or has been partially/completely delivered.
  • You changed your mind or no longer need the service after we’ve started.
  • You failed to provide necessary information, access, or communication that prevents us from completing the project.
  • Dissatisfaction due to reasons beyond our control (e.g., server issues on your end, third-party plugin or theme limitations, etc.).
  • Delays caused by your own lack of response or missing project inputs.

3. Custom Work & Consultations

Due to the time, planning, and labor involved in custom development and consultation services, these are non-refundable once the session has occurred or the project is underway.


4. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, please email us at [your email address] with:

  • Your full name
  • The service purchased
  • Date of payment
  • Reason for the refund request

We’ll review your request within 5 business days and contact you with a resolution.


5. Refund Processing

If your refund is approved:

  • It will be issued to your original payment method.
  • Please allow 5–10 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your payment provider.
